All About Alzheimer's

is a six hour program designed for families (and friends) caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease or a related disorder. The program provides basic understanding of memory loss, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease and the changes in communication, function, and behavior that occur as a result. The program includes practical information and strategies to help deal with these changes. The fee for this program is $20.00 per person or $30.00 per family regardless of size and advanced registration is required. Scholarships available if fee prevents you from attending.

Memory Aging and Alzheimer's

is a two hour free community program designed for those with questions or concerns about their own memory or that of someone they know. The program provides information about memory changes that occur with aging, strategies to maintain a healthy brain, and the warning signs of Alzheimer's disease. Advanced registration is no required.
